Hi there,   Here's a number worth sitting with: general session attendance among the youngest event attendees is down 50%.   The workforce has shifted — dramatically and quickly — and the planners who are staying ahead aren't chasing generational trends. They're asking better questions about what all their attendees actually need.   In our next Skift Meetings Backstage Briefing: Events for a Multigenerational Workforce, we're getting into the detail of multigenerational event design. Not the think-pieces. The real stuff: registration strategy, session formats, networking models, and how to measure outcomes when success looks different for a 27-year-old analyst and a 55-year-old executive.   Date: April 22nd Time: 11am ET | 4pm GMT Format: One-hour live webinar with Q&A REGISTER NOW CMP Credits: If you are working on your Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) accreditation you will be able to earn CE hours for this webinar.   — The Skift Meetings Team Want to participate in future events?
